The training sessions are held over a duration of 1 month under the supervision of Dr Santhosh J, Assistant Professor, HOD, Physical Education, Nirmala College, Muvattupuzha..This one-month gym training program was designed to include various exercises like squats, bench press, calf raises, planks, lunges etc. The feedbacks received about the programme reports it to be beneficial to all the students who participated. The sessions helped them to get an insight regarding the benefits of various exercises and the need to hit gym regularly for maintaining a sound body and mind.

YOGA add on course The college conducts regularly add on course for yoga. The course is conducted by a professional yoga instructor sr Theres. The purpose is to develop professional skills by teaching them basics of yoga and meditation to reduce stress and to enpower students to improve their lifestyle and enhance their physical mental and emotional well being through yoga and meditation. the courses of 330 hours duration and the students are assessed by theory as well as practical examinations
Football training sessions are conducted for students as well. Traininers for football regularly provide the training sessions for the students.
